The so-called "funeral Well" is located in the municipality of Laviana, particularly at the base of the ridge of Peñamayor, the place is sadly famous for the tragic events that occurred there on 15 April of 1948, when a group of opponents of the regime was thrown into the pit, with fatal results that everyone can guess. At the entrance to the cave there is a yew tree.
