The connection between the Baixa Carmo and is done through another major monument of the city, the irresistible Santa Justa Elevator (lift).
Above we have a beautiful view over the Baixa Pombalina. Do not miss the opportunity to go up or down this elevator centenary, the only vertical lift serving the public and was designed by a disciple of Gustave Eiffel, so it has a peculiar architectural style.
